Return & Refund Policy 

At Tanvara Silks, every saree is a piece of heritage  thoroughly quality-checked and packed with utmost love.  

 

📦 Returns 

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the product you received is damaged or incorrect. The decision to accept a return lies solely with Tanvara Silks, and we reserve the right to assess each case individually. 

In the event of a return being approved (where there is no error on our part), the customer must bear the return shipping cost. The saree must be: 

  • Unused  
  • In its original condition with all tags, blouse pieces, and packaging intact 
  • Shipped back safely within the stipulated time frame (as shared at the time of return approval) 

 

🎥 Unboxing Video Required 

To raise any claim for damage or mismatch, an unboxing video is mandatory. This video must clearly show the unopened parcel being opened in a single take without any cuts. Claims made without a proper unboxing video cannot be processed.
